Cancellation of Pre-Orders:

• Pre-ordered items can be canceled anytime before the product is dispatched. If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please get in touch with our customer support team, and we'll process the cancellation and issue a refund.

Cancellation by Joy Story:

• In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances or inventory issues, we may have to cancel an order. If this happens, we will notify the customer immediately and provide a full refund or offer an alternative product as per the customer’s preference

Refund Policy and Eligibility

Refund Eligibility:

• Customers are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

Order cancellation prior to product being dispatched.

Return of a product within 3 days of delivery due to defects, damages, or order errors.

Refund Process:

• Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. The refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Refund Processing Time:

• Refunds for returned items will be processed within upto 14 business days of us receiving the returned product for credit card payments.
• Refunds for returned items will be processed within upto 5 business days of us receiving the returned product for bank transfers.
