Our pledge to provide same-day delivery extends to Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad. Although we exert every effort to honor this commitment, unforeseen circumstances might occasionally hinder our ability to fulfil your order on the same day.
Please note that for any orders we accept for delivery in cities other than Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & Rawalpindi we may charge a delivery fee ranging from PKR 200 to PKR 900 (depending on the size of the product ordered) and that the delivery time may vary from 2 to 4 working days.
Orders placed after 5 pm PKT may not be eligible for same-day delivery due to operational working hours. Nonetheless, we diligently strive to uphold this commitment and endeavor to execute deliveries within the same day whenever possible.
Once an order is placed, cancellation is generally unavailable except in cases of manufacturer's defects. Should this occur, we invite you to review our returns and exchange policy for comprehensive guidance.
