Delivery Cities
Currently, we offer delivery services in Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad.
If you wish to place an order for cities other than the above, please speak to our customer services team to discuss your requirements and we would be happy to assist.
Same-Day Delivery
For these three cities, we promise swift delivery! Place your order before 5 pm, and we'll ensure it reaches your doorstep on the same day. Orders may be prone to delay only under some unforeseen circumstances.
No Delivery Fees
Good news! Delivery is free within Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad for all orders above PKR 3,000.
Please note that for any orders we accept for delivery in cities other than Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & Rawalpindi we may charge a delivery fee ranging from PKR 200 to PKR 900 (depending on the size of the product ordered) and that the delivery time may vary from 2 to 4 working days.
Delivery Timeframe Outside Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad
For orders outside of Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad, our dedicated team will have your order to you within 1-3 business days.
If your order is beyond the boundaries of these three cities, please note that shipping charges may apply. These charges will be communicated to you during the checkout process.
Order Changes
Once your order is placed, we're committed to getting it to you swiftly. As a result, changes to orders after they're placed might not be feasible.
